Enrique Bluvan is Hispanic catalytic missionary in Western Kansas Baptist Association. He is pastor of the Hispanic congregations in Sublette and Satanta, Kan. There are approximately 70,000 to 80,000 Hispanics in Western Kansas. Only about 10 percent of them are involved in evangelical churches. The fields are indeed "white unto harvest."
